At Namisa Beauty, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality beauty and self-care products. Due to the nature of many of our products and for hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, most products sold by Namisa Beauty are not eligible for return or exchange.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this Returns & Refunds Policy.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once delivered:
Skincare products
Body care products
Bath products
Beauty products
Cosmetics
Personal care items
Opened or used products
Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items
Gift cards and vouchers
Namisa Beauty reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
Incorrect Products Received
If you receive a product that differs from what was ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To process your request, please email us with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product received
Photographs of the product packaging and shipping label
Provided the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original condition, Namisa Beauty will:
Arrange collection of the incorrect product at our cost; and
Ship the correct product to you at no additional charge.
Where the correct product is unavailable, you may elect to receive:
A store credit; or
A refund for the affected product.
Namisa Beauty reserves the right to verify all claims before approving a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify Namisa Beauty within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be required to provide:
Photographs of the damaged product
Photographs of the external packaging
Proof of purchase
Upon assessment and approval, Namisa Beauty may, at its discretion:
Replace the product;
Issue a store credit; or
Process a refund.
Products Damaged During Shipping
If a product is visibly damaged during transit, customers should notify Namisa Beauty immediately upon receipt and no later than 48 hours after delivery.
Failure to report shipping damage within this period may affect our ability to process the claim with the courier.
Change of Mind
Namisa Beauty does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Personal preference
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Allergic reactions where ingredient information was available prior to purchase
Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions before placing an order.
Refund Processing
Where a refund has been approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of:
An incorrect product supplied by Namisa Beauty; or
A verified defective or damaged product.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, or any other applicable South African consumer legislation.
Where required by law, Namisa Beauty will honour all applicable statutory consumer rights.
